Apple Pay is easy to use, and almost just as easy to set up. To set up Apple Pay on your iPhone, follow two simple steps:
1. Select the Wallet app on your iPhone and follow the instructions to add a new debit card. You can enter your details manually or take a photo of your Q debit card to capture information.
2. For official verification, choose ?Call Queensborough.? You will automatically be connected to a member of our Mobile Wallet Support Team who will ask you a series of questions to verify your information.
Upon verification, you will receive a letter in the mail from Queensborough as an official statement your debit card is ready to be used digitally.
Once you have your Apple Pay set up in your digital wallet, the rest is a piece of cake: hold your phone near the checkout reader and approve your transaction.

Additionally, Apple Pay is available as a payment method within other apps on your phone. When checking out on an app, just choose Apple Pay at checkout where you would normally enter your debit card information.
Apple Pay uses your Queensborough debit card for transactions only through your digital Wallet app. In your Apple Pay account preferences, you will find a Unique Device Account number associated with your Q debit card. Use this number if a merchant asks you for the last 4 digits of your card.
While the electronic card is safe in your digital wallet, you should contact us at (800) 236-2442 if your physical debit card is ever lost or stolen.
