The following pricing schedule for fiduciary services is effective immediately for future accounts:

Settlement of Estates
3% of the first $500,000 principal amount
2% of the next $500,000
1.5% on all over $1,000,000

Life insurance proceeds are waived from fee calculations. However, there will be a processing and collection fee of 1/2 of 1%, with a minimum of $250.00. The bank may be entitled to additional compensation for extraordinary services such as the management of a business enterprise, development of real estate, and property litigation.

Trust Services Provided as Substitute Executor, Agent, or Power of Attorney

2% of total assets (adjusted for degree of complexity)

Administration of Trusts with Investment Supervision

For normal services rendered as Trustee or Co-Trustee with investment supervision, the following commissions shall apply annually based on fair market value of assets. There will be a setup fee of $1,250 (adjusted for degree of complexity).

1/2 of 1% on the first $1,000,000
1/3 of 1% over $1,000,000
Minimum charge of $1,000 annually
If the department is responsible for paying personal bills there will be a charge of $5.00 per bill paid, with a minimum charge of $50.00 per month.
There is an additional charge of 1/2 of 1% of the fair market value of assets upon termination of the trust.
Additional fees may be charged for other services, e.g. forestry and land sales.
